Queer as Folk is a New Orleans-based series currently in production. The series is based on Russell T. Davies’ U.K. show and an American remake with the same name. According to Peacock, Queer as Folk follows a “a diverse group of friends in New Orleans whose lives are transformed in the aftermath of a tragedy.”

Previously announced cast members include Devin Way, Fin Argus, Jesse James Keitel, Candace Grace, Ryan O’Connell, Nyle DiMarco, and more. Stephen Dunn will produce, write, and direct the series.

It’s unknown when the show will air, as the Peacock Network has been mostly silent; however, people on social media have been vocal about their desire for the show to launch already.
